BRADFORD & LEEDS ON TOP TEAM EVENT

It was great to be back after 18 months when we visited Dunstable for our Team Event and despite a low turnout of only 8 teams it was nevertheless a enjoyable weekend.

The competition began  with the handicap event on Saturday which saw Bradford come out on top with 3054 pins ahead of London on 2999  pins and Brummies taking 3^rd place.

Sunday was the scratch event and this time the honours went to Leeds with 2457 pins with Bradford in 2^nd place by 104 pins , London finished 3^rd on 2169 pins .

It was Bradford who collected the overall trophy totalling 5407 pins from Leeds  5261 with London a further 93 pins behind in 3rd.

The Overall Individual scratch trophy went to Stuart Turpin of London with a total of 1426 pins, taking the trophy for the 5^th  year running. The Ladies Individual scratch trophy,  was retained by Sue Szlavik of Leeds with 1177

We now look forward  to the Trios at Mansfield  on 5^th & 6^th March 2022 when early indication are that we should see a better entry.
