June saw the return of Crown Green Bowls for the 2024 season, with a fresh new committee who are willing to modernising and revive the section.

The first game of the season took place on Sunday 30th June 2024 at Erdington Conservative Club, which saw players attend to a very overcast Erdington, but this didn’t stop us playing.

Two competitions happened, firstly the Main Competition, which was won by Dennis Harris, who beat Stuart Mckenzie 21-16 in the final

The plate competition was won by Stuart Wilkinson who beat Howard Hylton 21-11 in the final.
